What’s Covered

The Conversion Warranty Extension applies exclusively to the internal elements supplied and fitted by Spartan Campers. This includes:

• Built-in furniture and cabinetry

• Appliances fitted as part of the conversion

• Electrical and plumbing systems within the camper

Cover is limited to faults and sudden component failures only — not wear and tear.

Duration & Pricing

Choose the cover that suits how you use your van:

• 12-month extension – £375

• 24-month extension – £600

Available at the point of build or as a retrofit for existing Spartan owners.

Conversion Service Contract Extension – Terms & Conditions

1. Contract Overview
This Service Contract allows the customer to extend the coverage of their Spartan Camper conversion for an additional period of either 12 months (£375) or 24 months (£600) beyond the standard warranty period.

2. Scope of Cover
Coverage applies exclusively to the internal conversion elements supplied and fitted by Spartan Campers. This includes fitted furniture, appliances, and the electrical systems within the camper. Cover is limited to faults and sudden component failures only.

3. Exclusions
The following are not covered under this Service Contract:

• Mechanical vehicle parts (engine, gearbox, drivetrain, suspension, brakes, etc.)

• Exterior styling, bodywork, paint, and rust

• General wear and tear

• Failures caused or contributed to by modifications or alterations not carried out by Spartan Campers

• Consumable items (e.g. bulbs, seals, fuses, and batteries unless fitted as part of the original conversion)

4. Conditions of Contract

• This Service Contract is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• All claims must be reported promptly and include supporting evidence (such as photos and a written description).

• Repairs must be carried out by Spartan Campers or an authorised service partner.

• Spartan Campers reserves the right to decline cover where damage is due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.

5. Limitations
This Service Contract is not an insurance policy and does not cover incidental costs, consequential loss, or customer modifications. Coverage applies only within the United Kingdom unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Governing Law
This Service Contract is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
