Contacting us through the website
When contacting us through the website we will store the original message on our secure and private server. Any information you pass to us through email will only be accessed and managed for the original intent of the message and will never be passed or shared to anyone unrelating to the subject matter without prior consent by you.

We will never contact you with news or marketing related emails or calls unless you have specifically signed up to receive news or marketing emails or calls from us. You will always have the option to unsubscribe at any time.

By using Social Media you will have agreed to their terms and conditions of use upon creating your account. Please visit the individual platform to make sure you agree with their privacy policies and the use of your data.
Any private messages and the content within them will never be shared with anyone outside of SPARTAN CAMPERS LTD or publicly without express consent. Any pictures you share will never be re-shared without your permission.
Competition winners will be asked to contact us privately to give an address to send their prize to. This information will be used solely for this reason. In the case of collaborations with other businesses, you understand that your address will be shared across the businesses supplying prizes for the sole purpose of delivery to you.
How we use the information we collect
The information we collect about you is purely to process enquiries or orders made by you to us. We will only contact you if we have your express permission to do so and will never pass your personal information to those parties that are not related to carrying out the original request.

SPARTAN CAMPERS LTD will at times use a third party service provider to assist with the running of our business.
