The layout keeps the essentials close — a built-in fridge freezer, integrated microwave, and a double-ring gas hob with sink and fresh water storage — all neatly housed in a durable, easy-clean unit. It’s a compact setup that works effortlessly, whether you’re cooking a quick breakfast or a proper meal after a long drive.
Storage is smartly integrated too, so everything from utensils to tea bags has a place. The worktop offers plenty of room to prepare food comfortably, with thoughtful touches like the built-in wireless charger and conveniently placed power outlets helping to keep surfaces clear.

Designed Through Real Use
Like every part of a Spartan, the kitchen layout has been tested in the real world, not just drawn on paper. Early builds featured an oven and grill, but after months of genuine road use we found that the integrated microwave was the smarter choice. It’s quicker, safer, and easier to live with – no hot surfaces, no long cool-down times, just use it and close the door when you’re done.
The dual gas hobs make cooking simple and reliable wherever you are. Even if you’re running low on battery power, you can still boil the kettle or cook a full meal without compromise – a proper setup for real off-grid travel.
A large integrated sink means washing up is no problem, even on sites without dedicated facilities. Combined with the fresh water storage, which is easy to fill and accessed directly from the living area, it makes day-to-day use smooth and convenient. The grey water drains neatly through the underside of the van, keeping everything clean and discreet.
The fridge-freezer combination offers plenty of space for your essentials – big enough for meal prep ingredients, a few ice creams for the beach, or that all-important bottle of wine ready for watching the sun go down.
Lighting has been carefully planned, too. Over-counter lighting gives a clear, even workspace when preparing food, while under-plinth LED lighting creates a soft, floating effect in the evenings – adding just the right amount of atmosphere without wasting power.
